The cleaning lady went above and beyond, helpful front desk staff, modern and clean room, comfy bed, close to main train station.

Was all great.

Our room had free Wi Fi. It is near to the airport. We enjoyed our time here.

One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent hospitality of the staff, particularly the GM Mr. Majid. He and his team made me feel like a valued guest and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel also offered great value for money, with reasonable rates for the amenities provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Rabat.

During my recent stay at Helnan Chellah, I was amazed by the convenient location of the hotel. It was so easy to reach the nearby train station and other attractions in the area. We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being really close to the train station and surrounded by government buildings. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with a refreshing welcome drink. During my xmas stay, the hotel proved to be conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk away from the train station and a short stroll from the vibrant medina area. I also appreciated the friendly service by the staff who were always eager to help. the breakfast was quite satisfactory, offering a variety of continental dishes including charcuterie, cheese, toast, croissants.

My room felt a bit rundown, and although it was clean, the bathroom could have benefited from some renovations. the fridge was not working and the street noise was quite annoying during the night.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near Rabat Ville station and plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable.

We felt very happy and had no complaints.
